The ETS WorkFORCE® Assessment for Career Interest is a 10–15 minute, research-based online interest assessment specially designed to help you make better-informed career plans. It is based on the idea that the better your job fits with your career interest, the more likely it will end up being satisfying and rewarding to you.

Results from the WorkFORCE® Assessment for Career Interest are displayed in three components: (1) your Career Interest; (2) Career Fit; and (3) Career Intentionality. Each component is important and will help you:
